Bought discontinued solar panels. Sent $ by check. No panels. After 2 months of asking where panels were and being put off, they finicky told us the ones that had been tagged for us, they could not find. Requested a full refund. They told us it would take 30 days. It has now 1$1/2 years. We are still trying to obtain full refund! Proof of emails and photos where they deposited our $ into a credit union.
