Recently purchased the Prince Charming Experience Buy 2 get 1 Free wigs on March 19th 2023. Paid $750 through Zelle. I was told by seller that it would take approximately 7-12 days to receive. Reached out on April 1st to check shipping updates and status and was then told that my order would be taken care of soon and will certainly arrive to me. On April 6th I received a message saying that 2 of my units were done (cool) on April 15th I reached out and asked if my order would be complete by April 20th and the seller replied “Yes for sure” my order will be shipping on Friday (the next day). Now comes Friday afternoon 1:27pm a long personal message basically saying everything except why I was spent and haven’t received my order! Ain’t nobody got that kind of money to just give I’m so blew!

I paid Richard $445 on Aug 16,2021for a unit (wig). As of today 4/15/22 I haven’t received anything from him but broken promises. I was a follower of his for years and admired the work he did. I even got to meet him in person years ago. I’m very upset that I have to file this report. I have many responses from him promising to refund my money, however it still hasn’t been refunded. He’s supposed to be a God fearing man. He is not. I wished I had looked on BBB first I see so many people complaining that he’s done the same thing to them. He shouldn’t be allowed to steal people money without delivering the product he promised. Sorry to say he is a fraud. Let know weapon formed against me prosper??. I pray The Most High shield others from this fraud. I will keep everyone posted if he finally decide to refund my money. I have so many more responses between us both to many to add. Highly disappointed.I didn’t want to put him on blast like this. I had no choice.

I Ordered From Richard Anthony Flowers Back In 9/2020 It Is Now 1/2022 I Have Never Received Anything Not A Refund Nor The Wig That Was Supposed To Be To Made. I Have Emailed This Man Numerous Times && Every Time It’s A Lie! A Shame What A Black Man Is Doing To Hard Working Black Women!

A YEAR HAS PASSES AND I HAVE YET TO GET MY WIG. EVERY TIME I CONTACT HIM HE SAYS WHATEVER HE HAS TO SAY TO STALL FOR MORE TIME! ITS BULL[censored] AND HE IS A FRAUD! AND THE CRAZY THING IS IVE ORDERED TWO WIGS FROM HIM IN THE PAST AND THEY TOOK A MONTH TO RECEIVE! ALSO IF I WAS A CELEBRITY ORDERING MY WIG WOULD BE READY THE SAME DAY!

Scammer contacts potential buyer via email, and provides his cell phone number for ordering. He then requests payment via ApplePay, cashapp, google wallet, circle, etc, to circumvent the traditional banking systems and make the dispute process almost impossible. He will take your money, and then ghost you. If and when he does respond, he will be rude, disrespectful, and will make disparaging comments about women. After breaching his contract by failing to deliver the item within 45 business days, he will lie and say he tried to call you, and then turn around and say he can’t breach the contract, no refunds. If my bank is unable to recover my funds, I will sue to get my money back, sue for harassment, and to teach this man, that it is not okay to steal this way. The minimum a victim of his fraud is losing is $399.00 as that’s the lowest price his wigs are sold for. Buyer beware
