ffcI ordered from FaceBook and used my Paypal account which is tied to a credit card. They said they were preparing for shipping on August 27 and the email at bottom had a Hong Kong address. When the package never arrived at my daughter's house, I emailed. I gave them order # and tracking #. They told me via email that the package was sent to Myrtle Beach SC but never arrived at my home and then some crazy excuse that it did not return to their warehouse so they would NOT give me a refund but if I gave them another 7.25 they would reship a new item to the correct address. Clearly I do not wish to give them any more money - it will never ship. How do I get my initial money back?

I ordered a t-shirt, and when it arrived, while it said it was the correct size, it is made of a fabric not advertised and as such is several sizes too small.

The website has a return police that states in part, "If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days from receiving your order." There is a mention of another company, Whitecloths, which is based in the UK.

Customer service has refused to do the return, saying several times that the address to which I'd need to ship the shirt is out of the country and therefore very expensive. They offered to reimburse me $2 and then $5 instead and suggested I pass the shirt on to a friend. I've asked several times for the address so that I could calculate the shipping myself, and so far they have refused to give it to me. Now they are saying it's located in China.

There is a name on the Primmitive website for the founder, but I think it's made up. The website is pretty complex for a scam, but in the end, something is definitely fishy here.

Please let me know if I can offer anything else to help. I know it's not a lot of money, but the fact that they also claim to be a Christian business (I didn't know this when I purchased the shirt from them) leads me to believe they're targeting a specific population.

I ordered clothing thinking it was from the seller Primitive, not Primmitive. I immediately realized I had made an error and contacted the support email to cancel the order. They told me the item had shipped but their shipping system was down and could share the tracking number…how is it possible to ship something in less than 5mins!? They refused to refund me the money. I’ve submitted complaints at instagram, Facebook, and FTC.gov

I purchased a tshirt and cap from Primmitive per a Facebook ad. The item took over a month to be delivered, which was when I learned the clothes were being sent from China. The items arrived and I immediately complained about the poor quality and requested a refund. I was asked to send a photo of the item, and did. They refused to refund my money. I opened a PayPal dispute and again required a photo of the item, then told I must return the items in the same package sent intact and pay to send it back to China. It’s ridiculous and deceptive.
