I ordered some boots online from what i thought was Ariat clearance center when my boots never showed up i reached out to them , they gave me a tracking number when i called usps they told me that wasn't a valid tracking number , when i emailed them back they said my package was delivered to my address and i told them no it wasn't this was there responce...Sorry to keep you waiting.

The logistics company says the package has been delivered to your address.

We shipped the wrong item. There should be a pair of 3D polarized sunglasses in your package, please find this package. We have lost a lot of money and we need you to find this package and we will send you the correct package.

aand i told them I never received any package and they came back with we can give you 10% refund for my trouble and thats it I spend 79.98 and get no boots and in return they give me 7.98 back
