Got an email to set up my interview

This past Saturday, I got an email saying that they received my resume (never sent that) and that they wanted to set up an interview. Like the post from Kellie, they emailed me saying to download an app called Microsoft Kaizala. Once I read that I knew it was a scam.

I played along and downloaded the app. After the weird interview, I received an offer letter. Please see photos below

Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

This company contacted me, claiming that they have seen my resume through Indeed. We set up an interview over the phone using an app called Microsoft Kaizala. Because the app was Microsoft, I was not suspicious yet.The interview was through text, which I thought was odd. When I asked them, they told me that it was just the first portion of the interviewing process. Two days later, they sent me an offer letter. I accepted, thinking that they just really like my answers. After sending my acceptance, he went over what the job would consist of. Again, we only contacted through this app. He later told me about the equipment that he would be sending me which would be 2,500. I would also be given a 200 dollar recruitment bonus. He told me that he would talk to financing about the equipment. He later emailed me a check for 2700. I notarized and uploaded the check using my banking's mobil app. When I told him that I uploaded the check. He asked if I used ApplePay or paypal. He then asked me to send the money to an email address claiming that it was a vendor. That was when I got suspicious. I asked him why I would need to pay the vendor when the financial department could have done that directly. His excuse was that it was a way to build employee relationships and see how good I was at following orders. I was able to call the phone number and speak to him directly, telling him I did not feel comfortable with this. I also told him the I will not be sending any money anywhere until the check was fully processed (It still had not hit my account at the time). A few days later, I see that the check has bounced. I have not heard from him since.
