Received a mail solicitation indicating that the enclosed number made us eligible for one of several awards. I Pad, Car, Cruise or Vacation Flyaway. It stated that as a reward for coming to the presentation, we would receive a $100 Walmart gift card and a $50 food card. The morning of the presentation, we received a reminder phone call for that nights meeting. We said yes and were verbally promised an additional food card worth an additional $50. We sat through presentation and decided this didn't fit our needs. Also the over $11,000 fee was too steep. Once we said no, they took our mailed flyer with our specific number. They never checked our number in our presence, kept our flyer and came back and handed us the vacation and cruise flyers. We never saw a list of the winning numbers. We could have won the IPad or car but they never gave us a chance to see any list.They then rushed us out of the room away from those who had not said No as of yet. We went to a hallway where they quickly had us sign some form (unfortunately I did not stop to read it). The man gave us a Walmart card and some paper and hustled back into the room. We left but later realized that none of the papers had anything to do with the promised $100 food card. When we recently used the Walmart card it was worth $5 and not the $100 indicated on the flyer. Unfortunately I no longer have the mailed flyer as they took it to get our "reward". After the presentation final "strong arm" man had liquor on his breath. Also all "salesmen" were very sloppily dressed-not at all professional.
