Unfortunately, I had not read these reviews when I ordered $70s worth of socks from Primes.

The first order never arrived, but as I work away from home, I did not realise this until a couple of months later than the order.

When I was in touch with "Jenny", it took several emails to her to convince her that my original order had never arrived. (It is apparently still "in transit") she did appear to re-send the order giving me a discount by way of compensation. She also gave me access the the shop tracking app so I could monitor progress.

3 weeks later, the second order has still not arrived, and is not to be found at all on the tracking app.

I very much doubt that this was ever a bona-fide shop, or that I will received a refund from Primes for non-delivery of goods. There are a lot of Chinese scam companies marketing wares on Instagram, Facebook and other social media sites at the moment, so from now on, I will never buy from a company that I cannot verify online first . What a waste of money and what a scam!
Primes, if you are a reputable company, get your house in order!

Received a pair of socks, according to the chart. They were too tight. Sent 3 emails, not response. Called 5 times, no one there. They do not have an actual address, only email and phone number. I would send them back, but have no where to send. They are scammers. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. IT SAYS THE PRODUCT IS USA. I DOUBT IT. NOW, ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK $19.99. WILL NOTIFY MY CHARGE CARD.

Please be aware. They argue over a $20 return, even though I've told them ... in multiple emails... that I did NOT try them on. They do NOT have 100% satisfaction as they say. Apparently their only employee is "Jenny Smith" and they do not answer their customer service phone. I will be filing a complain with the Better Business Bureau; this is not how to conduct business in a reputable way. I will also use all social media possible to get the word out.

They sent me a pair of socks that doesn't fit, when I asked to return and give me a refund they said NO return because of the COVID. They offered me a different socks and I said no. I still asking a refund to Jenny Smith of the customer service but no answer in one week for now. Be careful I think that they want only ours money.
You are right to report to the Better Business Bureau and notify to the FBI. We need to talk also with a lawyer.

I placed my order for one pair, also for $19.99 on May 22, 2020. I had the same issue, however, I've been able to keep tracking the package. I received an email from USPS this morning (July 4th) that my package was in my county and is scheduled to be delivered Monday July 6th by 8:00 PM. We'll see. I also received an email from Primes last week requesting me to do a survey for their products & service - hahaha!

I ordered a pair of compression socks for lymphedema. I was sent an email that they were shipped and on the way. When I tried to track them it said that they were in Inglewood, CA since 5/20/20. When I sent an email questioning this I received an email that they were looking into this from "Jenny from the Block". I have now sent such emails as to the whereabouts of the socks and always receive a generic email from the same Jenny.

I placed an order on the 17th. You guys then proceeded to give me a tracking number. I’ve been checking it everyday and it says:

On Its Way to USPS:

INGLEWOOD, CA 90304 on May 19, 2020 at 7:08 am

That’s 7 days ago and it’s still in CA waiting for USPS???!!??

I have multiple times (in the mornings, afternoons, early evenings) tried to call you and I get an automated response that:, “I’m sorry. There is no one to take your call. Please try again later.” And then it hangs up.

I want a refund of $19.99 NOW which I paid earlier this week!!!

If I do get the socks, I'm going to mark it ”return to sender!!!

I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and notify the FBI on the scam you’re doing!!!
