Type of a scam Employment

This scam going on 10 years ago when I was applying for jobs, and I've received three unsolicited phone calls when I posted my resume this time around. Luckily I knew better, but a friend of mine, was scammed out of money in the first meeting with a Primerica representative a couple weeks ago, and I've talked to many people who have gone to "interviews" and had hours wasted over this pyramid scheme operating across Canada.

I'm not sure if there is a direct affiliation between Monster.ca and these companies, but this has been going on for at least a decade, so I'm convinced that Monster.ca is facilitating, if not encouraging, predatory multi-level marketing schemes like Primerica.
