They initially claim to be a delivery service and will even track your unique tracking number. However, they do not have a phone number, or address. When contacted by their yahoo account, very unprofessional and vague. Reassured me that my package was on it's way and then arrived quite quickly for being trans-Pacific. Then, I got a message demanding a high fee (more than $100) before they would release my package to me within 24 hours. I contacted the sender and asked about this not being disclosed to me ahead of time and then all of a sudden the planets aligned.

I noticed that the sender and this "delivery service" had the same lingo. Both demanded and assured that the fee be paid in my countries currency, not the original that I had paid to sender. I had to pay to the same PayPal by the same protocol via the Family/Friends gift option. And as soon as I brought that to both of their attentions and declined the payment to them, I was blocked and had no further requests. Do not do any business for any products on Instagram or other social media and don't use crypto or PayPal ever.
