We placed an online order, and were told to expect delivery in 2-4 weeks. After waiting that length of time, we attempted to contact the company for a refund or the status of our shipment. We have not heard from them and the money was removed from our account one calendar month ago. The company's Facebook page is littered with comments about the company being a scam. We are now out of money and a Christmas gift for our child.
