I have a similar experience to other complaints Ive read. I entertained a solicitation call from a very friendly man named Tom. I was told that my student loans could be consolidated and when I had made all my payments of $300 a month there would be a credit repair process (Phase 3 as they called it). This total that I paid them over this time was my entire student loan debt cut in half, so I was sold. They would have me fax or email a screenshot of any notices I received from collections agencies and then they say they take care of each of them as they come (to keep the wording simple.) And I wouldnt here again from the collection agency after I had sent PS my document. Over a year ago I received a lawsuit on behalf of the National Collegiate Trust. At that point, not hearing from Prime Solutions, I had determined I had been scammed and had to act fast to initiate a settlement with the law firm. I would have been paid in full by now on my student loans if it wasnt for this sham of a company targeting a struggling young man. I hope the money they made off of me was stolen from them. I deserve all of my upwards of $12,000 back. This company ruined me financially, hang up on them.
