On 9/3/2020, I replied to the order email to inquire about the status of my order. I received a reply from an Emily J. ([email protected]) that read: "Hello, your order is currently in transit and is expected to arrive within 3-4 weeks. We are experiencing delays in shipments due to COVID-19. This has been an experience for our small business and we are still trying to recuperate and adapt. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience and please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with." I replied that it was unacceptable that I had been charged for an item that was clearly never going to arrive. Of course, no response. I sent another email on 9/26/2020 to which I got no reply. I have never received any mailed items.
It seems that many names are being used for this product and/or business: Posture Pro-Fix, Posture Corrector-Pro, My Posture Pro-Fix, Prime Posture-Pro (these are just the few that have shown up in my email communications). I feel totally duped and can't believe I fell for such a SCAM!
I found a new website today, 10/14/2020: www.prime-posturepro.com (If you click on any of the social media links, it takes you to a website developer page called "Wix.")
