ordered on-line from Prime Nature a trial CBD oil for $6.84 and 6.82using a credit card. I received an alert from my bank of a transaction for $89.84. I called My bank told them I did not authorize. I sent an email and was told I didn't cancel the trial after 14 days, was automatically enrolled & billed for mthly. stated I did not call and cancel. The enclosed shipping or return label has no direct contact information on it as they claim. There's a restocking fee of $19.99 to return a $6.84 item. No free return shipping label offered. When I went back to the website I don’t see where it is written I will be billed 89. A month for auto delivery.

Desired Outcome

Refund...I would like my $89.84 refunded. They said sent it back unopened. How can I try something if it is not opened?
