Prime_Digital is a Fraudulent company and has nothing to do with Amazon Prime Digital

I had the same experience as others. In trying to set up my Prime Digital App on a new TV a phone number came up that said I must call this 888 number because there was a problem with my account. I called the number and was told my account had expired 2 days ago and I had to pay the annual fee of $139 or I could get 2 years for $199.99. I opted for the later. As soon as they had my CC number I was able to activate my account. The next day I checked my Amazon account and found it wasn't due until August. I called Capital One to file a fraud complaint as my transaction was still pending. They told me it was flagged as suspicious and wouldn't be paid. The next day it was added to my account balance. I called back and the short story is: if you give your number to someone it is not fraud (even though the company is a fraud). I was told I had to dispute the transaction. A dispute is when you didn't receive a service or item you paid for. I was told they would give me a temporary credit and they would contact the company. I tried calling the number Capital One had for the company and the number I had called to get my Prime account set up. Both numbers were non-working numbers. Shockingly, the company, Prime_Digital, did credit my account and Capital One took their temporary credit back. So don't give up, file a dispute with your CC company. You didn't get what you paid for. By the way, I also reported suspicious activity on Amazon's web site and have heard nothing.

I was promised 4 years of prime for the price of 2. That apparently isn't going to happen. I was charged $289.99. Amazon doesn't recognize this, and won't do anything about it. I think it's time to [censored] YOU JEFF BEZOS! I think I will no longer be part of your scam activities!

Amazon Prime Scam

I paid $300 for 5 years of prime, but after finding out that I had been scammed, I disputed the charge on my Amazon Prime card, Amazon Prime said it was a legitimate charge and refused to reimburse me for the charges. I totally believe that Amazon is in on the scam. My next effort will be to sue Amazon to retrive the money they stole.

PRIME DIGITAL SCAM

I had the exact thing happen to me but my bank credit union did reimburse me the $249.99 and I called Amazon and placed a dispute and ironically enough this PRME_DIGITAL refunded 7 days later and my bank took theirs back. This was Aug/Sept 2022. thank you

Prime digital scam

Tried to register another TV with my prime video yo the phone number that came up for the code I called it and they charged $300 I realized that they were a scam 6 weeks later when I tried to D register that TV and they were going to charge $49 then I wasn't I was able to deep register the TV myself and I realized it was a scam. On your bank account it will be listed as prime digital new work Newark Delaware

So I bought a new tv and went to log in on my prime video account and the tv prime app had a website it wanted me to go to and login a certain code. Once I did that a phone number popped up on the tv and told me to call it to activate my account on the tv. So I called and they said I had prime video activated on too many devices then proceeded to tell me they were having a special on Amazon membership for $150 for prime video on unlimited devices. So I gave them my credit card numbers because I felt safe because all this information was coming off the tv that led me up to the phone call. So then I hung up the phone and decided to log into my Amazon account and realized it expired in 3 months so I got suspicious and called the phone number back and there was no answer just a voicemail box. Realized I gotten scammed in a crazy clever way through the tv I called my CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD and had my card canceled and opened a dispute for fraud. Not to make this store any longer. CAPITAL ONE did not take off the $150 and I had to pay it because I didn’t meet the criteria for them to stop the transaction. CAPITAL ONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS SCAM AND SO DOES AMAZON AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM CARE OR WILL HELP YOU!

I had a similar thing happen with capital one and the same scammer. I luckily had the charges reversed then after Capital One fraud investigation received a full refund. It crazy how they hijacked the Amazon site and say they are with Amazon and keep getting away with it.
