It started when I decided to try a beauty skin product called Prima Snake Venom for a free trial sample and to return the product after 30 days if you did not want it. I did not respond within the 30 days, so the 2nd jar came and I was charged $89.00! Nowhere did I ever see this price listed--when I saw other reviews of the product dozens of people said the same thing--never was declared in the advertisement, and any contact info was in super small print, and blurry print, that made it unreadable. So, I put it back in the box, and went to the Post Office to return it with a note saying this is my cancellation notice--I realized that I might not get my $89.00 back since it had already been deducted, but I was cancelling..then, every 28 days, a new jar would arrive, and my account deducted $89.00 each time--I read dozens of negative reviews like, "total scam--they make it impossible to cancel" which was true. I went to their website to try and cancel, called more than 20 times (just plays background music then hangs up on you). 6 more jars came, and I was very frustrated (Total: $540.00)--the packaging invoice did not match what was being deducted from my account. I finally had to change my ATM card, and, of course, the shipments stopped. There is a woman online, who has a site to expose fraud of beauty products-very interesting-she sometimes has other phone numbers to try, but none worked for me, all hung up..But, all this companies products are on the list, as a complete "scam"..I don't want this to happen to anyone else, although it looks like many have also been scammed.
