I placed an order with this company May 6th 2021. I paid for expedited shipping as well, my order was a few dollars shy of 300$ for 3 items. After a week I received no tracking number or information. I contacted them or separate occasions a customer rep Kylie V. Contacted me via email asking me to be patient and lied to me saying my shipment was ready. I still never received any type of shipping information. I’ve asked for a refund several times and I’ve received no other emails or responses to a refund or tracking at all! It’s currently may 26th now still not as much as an update has been sent still.

Have any idea, how we can block, or delated this page, that nobody make a mistake like us. I order a dress and nothing, Kliye V. Also contacted me, she asking me for patient. We have contacted police.
