We were looking to buy a puppy and found Pride Labradors had several available. We reached out and quickly received a response saying that the puppy we had inquired about was available but they wanted to know more about where the puppy would be living. We completed a questionnaire and submitted it back to the seller. Several hours later we heard back saying that they would love for us to come meet the parents and pick up the puppy. We were given an available date and time as well as an address. Several other emails were exchanged regarding food and schedule and then it came time for t w deposit. This was advertised to hold the puppy so nothing seemed out of the ordinary. After the deposit was made however the seller went completely silent, no longer responding to questions and would not confirm the pick up of the puppy. After almost a week of no responses to email, text, or voicemails we requested information about the same puppy again through the website. Almost immediately, an email response was received stating the same puppy we had placed a deposit on was available. We realized we had been scammed and are now starting the process to try to prevent this from happening to someone else.
