Pride Home Warranty Co is not that at all, I"m not sure how they are even still in business. There seems to be only 1 employee as when I do talk to someone it's always him and he is not sympathetic at all to what I'm complaining about. Most of the time they don't answer or call back despite weeks of attempts thru phone and email . They couldn't even find a plumber to do a simple job that was convered 3 months ago and told me to find my own plumber which I did so now for three months I've been out of 150 that they won't reimburse me. They actually are ignoring my invoice that I keep emailing to them. I also called 2 weeks ago about one of my clients fridge that wasn't getting cold, and no one ever called me back for repair so again I had to pay out of pocket to repair , I"m not even asking for that back, I just want my 150 and I want to cancel the warranty. When you call no one gets back to you for days if they even do , it's just some fake answering service, they don't care either. Please help, I want to get my 150 and cancel!!! They need to be closed down, I"m a realtor and I now feel so bad for my clients that I purchased this warranty for.
