Bought a Barbie doll house, was overcharged . Never received item . No answers to complaints

I ordered 2 lol dollhouses I lost $130 Everytime I contacted them through email they said it was on the way and due to the cost shipping is slow to update they just kept sending me my tracking number I ordered on may 1,2020 and today is August 10,2020 and I still haven't received my lil dollhouses nor a refund or anything it just says customs is holding my package and have been holding it since may 8,2020 and there has been no update on the tracking since may 8,2020.

Tried to purchase something that I now know costs a lot more thank they were selling it for. I entered my debit card information to purchase it and then it took me to PayPal to re-enter and finalize the purchase. Thought it was weird, so I’ve tried contacting them, but the phone number doesn’t work and the address brings up a different business. My receipt I got from PayPal was a mans name, not the business name.
