So I got a rental a month prior to my trip I had got a rental for my trip to Florida when I showed up I was informed by the rental company that the miles weren’t unlimited which on my description said other wise and also I couldn’t take the car out of state which isn’t what my details stated on the receipt I talk to a lady at the rental company she said call the third party which was Priceline and get a refund back I called price line spoke to a few people and they said to me over and over again that there was nothing they can do and they wouldn’t refund me even though I didn’t even take the car

Priceline.com is committing fraud. They false advertised a "Price Breaker" deal on 1 of 3 hotels:

#1. Little America

#2. Kasa

#3. Bambara

They booked me at Radisson Inn. The false advertised. They took my money. They change their advertisement and contract after the booking. They lied.

This website advertised a hotel as "Holiday Inn Express & Suites" for $88 with photos of the hotel. When you look closely the address, 4355 Beltway Dr, Addison, TX, it is for the Holiday Inn & Suites which is a completely different hotel with different amenities and VERY different photos. I called their phone number 1-866-263-7084 and the gentleman that answered the phone said it must be a "Glitch" and said he could book the original $88 room for $125 per night. Then I said I would just continue with the website for the $88 rate and he said "Well the room WILL be unavailable by the time you try to book. I'll hold while you wait for it to decline your reservation." There were bad reviews about this company when I looked it up online and I now see why people are so upset. I don't want other people to be taken advantage of with false advertising.

+1

I keep recieving phone calls for vacation sales from same number..i have asked serveral times to be placed on no call list and/or removed from call list. Caller acts like they do not hear my request and continues to attempt to get personal info from me and offer promotions..ignoring my requests to not be called..call times and frequencies vary
