I sold a game on my pricecharting account and we'll the owner act knowledge it was a game then he was going to put into a different category and he placed me on temporary vacation mode he called me stupid told me to call 1800273HELP and he told me he issued a $200 refund for a item I sold before the buyer received it as well he has hijacked my account changed my password and I clicked on forgot password and I receive no emails from him at all because he has changed my name on my profile and I want you to know he said he didn't care if I was a disabled veteran or a protected class during the pandemic and this happened Dec 19 2019 so I want him fined and shut down he sells personal data he doesn't have on his website don't sell my personal information if I live in California and you can't physically close your account at all he doesn't give you this option and he owns a price guide for video games and A video game store and is very dishonest he changes prices on everything I own and there is no sales data to back it. And we'll I want him fined because I want to do awful things to him and being a veteran and a army ranger I am afraid if you do nothing I'm going to hurt him very bad so do you job your american right well stand up for me I have PTSD TBI and Grandmal seizures and cancer and I'm going blind right now and we'll I will hurt him really bad so do something about it now. https://www.pricecharting.com/offers?seller=3rgocjvdez4dy7jluz2nklt5sq&statu...⇄ />
This is my account he took over changed my password and is using my pictures without my permission say's he operates out of Wisconsin because of the internet law's being Less lenient and we'll he doesn't live there he is from Boulder Creek Colorado so do something about it or I will

Ok I sold a video game on Dec 19th 2019 on pricecharting website and we'll the owner of the website JJ Hendricks who owns the price guide for video games and he also owns a video game store called jjgames.com and we'll he says he operates out of Wisconsin due to the lenient internet laws however he is from Boulder Creek Colorado. Ok so a buyer purchase the game from you for $200 I then transferred the $200 for PayPal to my bank account with Golden 1 upon doing so I sent the tracking number to the buyer and I mailed him his video game well the owner for pricecharting.com logged into my account on price charting without my permission without asking me without notifying me at all and somehow he was able to log into my personal account with my password that I've never gave him and he never had my permission to do that at all. And he clicked on the refund button on his website on my login account and basically my bank sent an ACH refund to the buyer for $200 as well as PayPal sent a $200 refund to the buyer as well so now my account was negative $200 with PayPal and the $30 fee that was owed for having no money in my PayPal account because I transferred the buyer's money to my checking account so that I could purchase a tracking label for the video game that I sold. Upon the owner logging into my account without my knowledge or permission to do so and violating so many antitrust laws that $200 video game essentially cost me $430 and he refunded the buyer before the video game ever was received. The owner to the website email me directly and said he was the one who logged in my account to issue the refund he has since hijacked my account it is still active however when I click the forgotten password I cannot log into my account and I don't get an email stating okay if you forgot your password please contact us or change your password here I don't get that email it doesn't go to my spam it doesn't go to my email at all. And furthermore this is affecting me from being able to sell video games and my comic books because there's a lot of people that contact me on Facebook because that's where my account link is for Pricecharting.com as well as he is using my pictures for my comic books and my video games without my permission to do so I've told him several times and several emails that I can confirm with you to stop using my photos to remove them or give me credit for them. And furthermore he refuses to do that as well as whenever I sold that game on December 19th 2019 I would like to make it known that he said he would remove me from being able to sell on his website because he thought it was a reproduction game but it eventually he found out from a buddy of mine who works for Nintendo North Division that the game was actually a factual game a real game that was produced by Nintendo and he said that he would add the sales for that item onto a different part of his website but his website would not track the sales price and data at all. As to not lower the actual price for that video game because the video game is worth $14,000 allegedly and he didn't want it to drop the value of the game to $200 what I sold it for. So that being said I have several screenshots and witnesses to him altering the records of everything I own on his website I have emails of him telling me to call 1-800-273-HELP cause I am a disabled veteran ex Army Ranger. I also want you to know that he says he is from Wisconsin he is behind on his business license by 3 years and it also says that it is a direct violation to operate a business outside of Wisconsin and say that you're from Wisconsin and it says above his business license that's expired by 3 years since it is a felony to do so l I know for a fact he lives in Boulder Creek Colorado because that's where his business for selling video games is and I've sold video games to him before... As well as he is blantly manipulating the price of everything that has to do with video games. As well as he has recently opened on his price guide price guide for sports cards comic books and United States coins I contacted the national treasurer in regards to this information that he's putting out there because it is not correct I used to work at a coin store in Fresno and it's very respected with the national Treasury and he doesn't have permission to have a price guide for US currency at all that is what they told me through their complaint department for frauds in scams and they said it was something along the terms of being a counterfeit price guide and that their team would investigate that and they did tell me I spoke to a guy named Mark I believe and they did tell me that I needed to contact the Federal trade I've done that already but the guy from the Federal trade I can't remember his name but they did email me back and they said that I needed to contact better Business bureau in regards to this because this individual is blatantly manipulating the prices for everything and for the past four and a half years I have several witnesses and emails I have 571 emails and he has been antagonizing me threatening me harassing me driving to contact the Boulder Creek Chief of Police and they told me that they would investigate it and they told me thank you for your emails and him being a business owner he cannot treat people the way he's treating you and we're so sorry that this has happened to you. Because he has asked me for my receipts for items I've purchased and items I've sold online through Facebook not only that items that I've sold for to me I thought they were worth more money than what he was saying they were worth so I put them out there on his website I sold them I sold three Gameboy advance games brand new sealed before I believe 40 bucks and the value in the price guide said I should have sold them for $22 to me that's wasn't what they were worth because the boxes were mint condition they weren't crushed nothing was wrong with them at all so I sold them for $40 and he sent me a verbally aggressive attacking email tell me why would I do that don't ever do that again on his website I'm selling for what the price guide says it's worth don't don't make up on your own prices because I don't allow that blah blah as well as I used to help him on his website with cracking his information providing UPC codes and adding pictures to his website and that is how I know for a fact he is using my pictures today without my permission because when he changed my account password without my permission to do so he's hijacked my account I still see the same cards that I have in my collection that are one of one meaning there's only one card ever made that's on his price guide that picture that I provided is still there today and he is still antagonizing me and being verbally abusive to other video game price guides like for example the clz games app that I use on my phone, he has told them that if I am using their database or using their website or their app to have me provide a picture of everything I State I have or to ban me from that app that I pay for on my phone through Google apps that being said I have always provided pictures for everything I have including the account he's hijacked of mine you can scroll through it and there's a picture for every video game I own every comic book I own every card I own I've never not supplied a photo. And he requires this of nobody else he doesn't ask anybody else to supply a photo he doesn't ask anybody else for a receipt he doesn't harass everybody else like he does me I've helped him numerous times with people selling fake Babe Ruth rookie cards on their website they say they're graded they buy them from a guy on Etsy who sells fake graded cards everything he makes his fake I've tried to have Etsy shut his account down for a long time they don't do anything either but I've helped him with numerous people trying to sell reproductions and fake items on his website and this is the thanks I get. As well as I have been told by him in an email he said to me in an email you give us permission to handle your money to when you purchase items to handle your money and to give money to the buyer that's just it though I've asked people on Facebook if they ever agree to that what he sent me an email about I'll send you a screenshot to send and receive money on my behalf is what it said he said to me in the email I asked people online if they ever agreed to that when they signed up for a pricecharting.com and they said that was not part of the terms at all as well as he doesn't handle the money the money goes to PayPal right when you go to click buy now it transfer you to PayPal he says he doesn't charge you a fee now that's a lie what he does is he mirrors that same fee that PayPal charges so take for example say you bought an item for $5 PayPal May charge you 71 cents for that item. He is going to duplicate that same 71 cents that is owed through the transaction with PayPal without you even knowing about it so you're thinking that PayPal has just now charged you $1.42 when in reality they only charge you 71 cents and we'll he has been taking money from everyone who has ever sold a video game on his website and recently he did put out on his website that he doesn't sell people's data or personal information from that website that's a lie he does sell people's data I know that to be true because whenever he was out of town and I had to act as him he told me exactly where he had to do it at and I didn't never get into that because it was too much for me to figure out I didn't know that kind of HTML or whatever and I didn't feel comfortable doing it honestly so I just didn't do it at all but I will say this though for anybody who's ever logged into that account on that website you do see I seen it on my phone that's why I just turned my phone off I didn't even go on the website that day whenever he was out of town I told his father-in-law that I didn't like being in charge of it because you do see everybody's keystroke on their website I get to tell you Matt Rose is logged in from Oregon that's just an example it'll tell you which game he added to his collection if he scroll through and looked for some games it'll tell you which games he's looking for and it will it has like a box pop up to the side of the game he's looking for and it says alter descending ascending so I don't know what that was am I asked him he says tell me that's that's just a joke babe I don't know if that's about when I know for a fact he knows exactly it's about so one time only one time I did click ascending just see what it do and it raised the price for that video game on the price guide so there's proof that he is altering the prices for video games to fit his needs and that's unethical I think unconstitutional there's got to be something bad about that like racketeering laws cuz he owns and runs JJ games online video game store. Seriously he doesn't have permission from eBay to track the sales data for games and we'll he has made me feel less than human by knowing that I am a disabled veteran who has PTSD and TBI and Grandmal SEIZURES and cancer and I'm going blind as well and we'll he was told by Boulder Creek Colorado police department to send me a cease and desist letter to no longer use pricecharting.com but this is just it I contacted them they never did say that to him at all and well he has never served me not one time and I honestly want access to my account apocalypse gamer and we'll I want him honestly to state on his website that he has the authority to login to your account without your permission to do so and that he can place you on vacation mode so that you can't sell items on his website and furthermore he did that to me December 19th 2019 and since then I have not been able to sell video games at all on his website which to me I asked him how long would it last that I was going to be on vacation mode and he said a while a while to me constitutes his three to four months tops maybe five and well I haven't been able to sell on there at all. And furthermore he does not treat anybody else this way but me he treats me less than human and my doctor from the Fresno veterans hospital is well aware of the situation and he has even messaged him for me and my mental health provider basically said he needs to be shut down he treats you less than human Dave you're right I had to call Boulder Creek police department on your behalf so that being said seriously I hope you look into this I hope you get back to me because it's definitely warranted thank you.
