I've been looking for remote work, and got approached by a company going by the name Prevea Health, They conducted a text only interview, which I should have thought strange at the time!! And then they asked a few admin-related questions before offering me the job. They acquired my full name and address through this, and afterwards sent me a check in the email to print out and cash the check, then send them proof of casing it to their email. I was contacted by two email addresses [email protected] and [email protected]. The email addresses seemed to be legit, the pdf they sent me appeared to be official, but they emailed a check I had to print out, among other things, have made me think this is a scam.
