I purchased on 5/2/23. The standard shipping says 7-14 days. After 7 days I still did not receive a tracking number. I reached out via email. I was told there was a delay because of higher than expected demand for the item. That the item would be shipped on or before May 24. As of today I still do not have a tracking number to locate my package. They offered a 10% refund but I haven’t received that. On June 1 I asked where the tracking was and they had yet another excuse. Ive asked for a refund and theyve refused, stating that the dress was still in production. This wasn’t a preorder. I told them I would report them to ScamPulse.com and they now state that the dress has been shipped on or around June 6,2023. I still haven’t received a tracking number.
