I ordered the hair extensions from their website on 9/19. In the confirmation, it said I would receive shipping info in 1-3 business days and that product would arrive in 15-18 business days. It never arrived, son on 10/5 I reached out to customer service. I did not receive a reply from them until 10/10, stating that the item had since gone on back order and will ship within 1-2 weeks. They offered me another 20% off a future order. I replied and asked for a refund and for them to cancel my order since the event I needed it for had already passed. I never got a reply. I reached out on social media as well. My product never arrived so at the end of October I ended up filing a fraud complaint to my credit card and was refunded. Sharing this as a buyer beware because on social media in the comments of their photos this same story has happened to others. The rest of the comments seem to be bots which makes me believe they are a scam company not even sending out product ever and just using photos of celebrities to entice people.
