I went on their site and shopped. I paid for my purchase and got confirmation my order was accepted. Later I got a tracking number and weeks went by with no activity or status change. Then after 30+ days I get notification that my order was delivered. Needless to say it wasn’t. After going back and forth via email requesting a refund with customer support, I still don’t have my purchase or my refund.
