I placed an order at Pretty Little Thing (PLT) on 2/16, that originally had a forecasted date of 2/28, I noticed last week that the tracking information provided by PLT failed to update past 2/18 and indicated the order was still with the courier service. So of course I reached out to PLT hoping they would be able to explain the status of my order. Unfortunately I was essentially met with poor excuses about their courier and request to wait another 30+ days before they can begin their investigation on what happened to my package. Instead of providing clarity and/or offering to reship my package, process a refund, or contact the courier I was asked to just be patient and wait 30+ days to see what will happen. No where on the PLT website does it stipulate shipping will take 30+ days. Instead they advertise 8 day shipping, which leads consumers to purchase goods from their establishment under false pretenses.
