This company is a total scam. I ordered a cover on Visa , was told due to Covid would take 6-8 weeks. Never received. Difficulty contacting them. Got form emails. Eventually they said had never been shipped. Canceled order, requesting full refund. Got email it had been shipped anyway. 6 weeks later hadn’t received. Many form emails in broken English saying financial department looking into it. Heard nothing further. Contacted credit card company, was told investigation not possible after 3 months. This company well aware of this and stalls after this time knowing they can’t be investigated. Have read multiple reviews, ALL had same experience. Have reported them to Both Facebook and Instagram. Their ads still up. ScamPulse.com can’t follow up as company based in China, not US as advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
