ordered product on line. Was delayed in shipping. Wrote them by email asking to cancel because of delay. They said they could not cancel because it was already shipped. The tracking information they provided gave a message "does not exist". Product came was counterfeit of a real Ren product. Emailed asking for a credit and to return the product. They do not reply to these email messages,
