I detailed what happened in the PDF file I shared with all the screenshots of our conversation on Instagram. I first received a direct message from @prettysinnerslabel_arya telling me to DM their main page @prettysinnerslabel. I didn't answer initially but she messaged again asking if I already messaged their main page because they are interested in having me as an ambassador. I then sent the main page a DM saying I was told to message them. They detail their whole script and I asked them to elaborate on the process and they offer me a pretty good discount on what looked like good products and so I decided to use their discount to make a purchase. I ordered a shirt, a pair of pants, and a jacket. This was on September 3rd. Shipping was supposed to take 5-12 business days according to their confirmation email but I have so far only received the shirt. I have not received any shipping updates on the other two items even prior to my complaints. After I received the shirt, as taken from the image I shared, it wasn't the shirt I ordered. The color is the same but the drawstring was supposed to be on the front, not the sides. The item shipped from China, had a Chinese tag, the shirt was cheaply made and doesn't even correctly imitate what it's supposed to look like, and they are advertising these cheap knock offs on their website as way more than it's actually worth. For example, that shirt I sent them a complaint about is priced at $60 but the one I received I could've ordered off of a Chinese store on Amazon for $12. I reached out to the email provided on the confirmation email and received no reply. I then sent a DM to the main page telling them my issue and they told me to wait for a confirmation email for the rest of my items then they advised me to go to their CONTACT US link on their website. I still have received no reply, they have left me on "read" on Instagram, I left a negative review on the shirt in their website but it didn't show on their website at all. They only have fake or positive reviews. The business seems to be legitimate at first glance and that's why I fell for the scam. But having spent the amount I did for the item I received then being ignored for over 48 hours is unacceptable. They are targeting girls who are aspiring influencers to buy their overpriced products and they're not even being featured on the page's posts aside from briefly appearing on their Instagram Story. That's not how legitimate ambassadorships work.

This label messaged me on Instagram months ago asking me to be an ambassador for their company and gave me a discount code of 50% off. I used it and purchased $60 of clothing weeks went by and I never received it I messaged them and they used the excuse “Covid-19” which I let it slide at first then when I never showed up I didn’t believe it at all. I messaged them several times to get a refund or find my package by tracking it and they would send me an email to write a review inside of my tracking number. I messaged them just to give me a refund and they would leave me on read. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK AND STOP THIS COMPANY FROM DOING IT AGAIN!
