My experience with customer service is similar to the above responder. I ordered 1 pair of colored contacts. When it arrived the box had only one contact lense. I contacted customer service and explained the problem and requested another contact. After sending many pictures and my order form, along with explaining the situation again and again I was told that it”is impossible” that a contact was missing and to keep looking for it. Customer service was rude and basically said I was lying about not receiving the 2 contact lenses. Be aware that this company is not honest and will try to rip you off. Not worth it.

Pretty Mera color contact online store= BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS.

Last Dec (2020), I came across a Halloween Contact Lens company online called Pretty Mera. I paid for 2 pairs of color lenses.I received one pair,but not the other.The second pair they sent was a different product that I hadn't ordered.

You pick out and pay for an item you never receive.Customer service through many emails refused return on the wrong item.They said they sent the wrong 2d pair on purpose because they claimed they were out of the ones I ordered,which is not legal.They said to keep the wrong 2d pair and that they would send out the ones I had ordered.Today is May 13th 2021,I never received the 2d pair I had ordered.
