Type of a scam Online Purchase
I have reached out to their customer service - [email protected] - endless times. There is no phone number to call.
I have been given the run around between them needing more time to research internally to providing me with a USPS tracking number that leads to a dead end with a location that doesn’t match up with my provided shipment address and with has no further status update, since last Nov, 2020 to time of this complain, today - Feb 10, 2021.
I called the USPS to check on the provided parcels tracking #s but they have no information on it. I checked for statuses again and again via the parcel tracking link they provided - https://parcelsapp.com/fr/tracking/ (#) and it shows no new status. The last static location shows Hebron, Kentucky 41048 versus where it needs to be, in CA.
Long story short, it all led to nowhere!
I still have not received my pkg, a refund or a replacement. It has been over 5 months since the order was placed online.
Pls pls pls ban these scammers so they don’t rob from anymore people.
