Unfortunately do to the timing, we canceled the rental and requested the deposit back. This individual state via an email that he attempted to return the funds via google app but he received and error. He suggested that we request a chargeback from our bank, for which we did. However, after review by google, a notification was sent to our bank stating the funds were return. For which it hasn't. Attached is all the documentation concerning the transactions. Because the file is too large to send all documents pertaining to this transactions, I have them for your review and will be glad to share them upon request. I've left several messages for Mr. Williams but he has not returned my call. I also sent emails in response to the dispute and they have gone unanswered.
