I was not available during the setvice time, that I would be charged a service fee. The lady left a number in the voice-mail and i did reach out. The automated answering service sounds very official. I then spoke to A B. He was very convincing that I had an 20 year old, outstanding payday loan. I do not remember, but he was very convincing. I agreed to just pay it, and gave him my card information. After talking to my ex, and my current spouse, I realized i had been played. I immediately canceled my credit card. I received a couple more calls from the same phone number and was i formed that my payment was declined and to call to fix. I finally did call and the man who answered said his name was Patrick but he sounded just like Andrew (i saved all voice-mail). After I told him that i was not going to be paying he started screaming at me that it was fine because they were still filing a civil suit and that people always don't agree with what the are doing, and that their company will take further action. Then he disconnected the call. He just proved he was very unprofessional and shady.
