Last New Year's Eve I saw an ad for Prestige Keto and thought I'd try the "Free Sample" (only paying $5.00 for shipping). But as soon as I ordered it, I was instructed to scroll to the bottom of the screen, and when I did, it said that I had ordered 5 bottles for $199! I called them immediately, but they said it was too late, "The order has already gone through." I explained that I didn't ORDER 5 bottles, but to no avail. I was told that when I received the order to send it back and I would get a refund. So, when I did receive it, I mailed it (Certified, so they couldn't claim that they never received it, as they would have to SIGN for it!). No response. I called them a couple of times, including a 3-way conversation with my credit union, during which the Customer Service Representative told the Credit Union Representative that they would only take out $99 instead of $199. They took out the entire $199! I have been calling them EVERY MONTH SINCE, and they keep telling me that they sent an echeck - which I have never received, and that they would speak with their billing dept. and call me back in 24-48 hours. I have NEVER received a call or a message from them! I made another 3-way conversation yesterday with the credit union and PK, and it was the same lie again.

Bottom line: Stay away from this company unless you too want to be ripped off!
