This criminal, Jason Simpson, has taken several customer's money and no-showed with the same excuses. Please visit https://www.facebook.com/Presley-Contracting-INC-103496631563484 There have been several police reports filed. He still has $5200 of my money for a job he never started (which got him fired). After hundreds of text messages and emails, he finally promised to pay me back. But just like the job he bid, that was also a lie. He even apologized and said he was off his meds (I have the text messages), but he has nothing but excuses and more lies.

We provided a deposit for service after multiple cancellations and reschedules of the start of the project we told Jason that we were not comfortable moving forward and would like a full refund of our deposit. We had found out there was a webpage on social media and multiple accounts of Jason taking money and never starting projects and also not completing work. After getting the run around for multiple days for the start of our project we finally said we were tired of the excuses and we were promised a full refund.

After a few days of continued excuses or reasonings why he couldn’t meet to refund the money we tried to reach out and we’re blocked on his phone. We sent an email and he said his phone was no longer working. He again promised to meet and still never followed through. There is an extensive background on Jason Simpson whom is the owner. He has a g/f whom reaches out and refers you to him. Megan Marpe claims to be exclusive to what is going on but there seems to be several complaints of her inclusion in the situations. We still have yet to receive our refund. Jason said he is suing for slander against the people making these claims but after looking he has several judgments, and charges against him. Please please do your research I’m discouraged to say that I will likely never see a dime back for what happened. Unfortunately it will be a court issue.

I'm wanted to put some light on the situation the costomer above (whom of which I will not stoop down to her level by giving her name) the customer above is partly telling the truth but I take at least a 50% deposit for my time put into the job and all the estimating and conversations etc as well as material purchases. After the customer paid me their deposit they saw a post about me om fb and called me when I rescheduled to start the following day they demanded a refund nothing had gone wrong nothing at all but because they saw the post they backed out of the deal and that is all I'm aloud to say at this point.
