I got a tex from a supermarket offering me a job and I was in need of a job, they told me that I will be working remotely so I said yes to everything, next thing they said was that they will send a 4,989.00$ check for me to send to the vendor or the guy who is going to be buying stuff for me but at this point I don't care because it's their money.

I went to the bank, I deposit the check and I checked my balance it was 4,989.00, the bank register the check and accept everything, so I started sending money to the vendor, I spent about 4820$. And everything was reading right on my mobile app, so today I tried logging into my mobile bank app and I couldn't so I called the bank and they said that I was scammed. I have all the messages and the text everything. Mu Bank isn't doing anything about this and they are asking me to pay back the money.

How am I supposed to know the check was a scam when the bank register it to my balance?
