I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Prescott's & associates saying I took out a credit card when I was 21 years old I am almost 40 now. When I told them that sounded like it was beyond the statue of limitations they told me it was a student credit card and that I signed away my rights to statute limitation. I cannot get any information on where they are or else I would be suing them. I keep begging them to sue me but all they do is unprofessionally insult you.
