As our country is fighting covid, most businesses were and are closed where I would use this card and so as it came closer to experation date I tried to use at Walmart and hobby lobby and the card would not work, I called the number on the card and left messages and only once got they to a very rude girl who told me tough luck it’s expired. Ok but I ask for one 24 hour extension since they were contacted and wouldn’t return my calls and she said no way!! I’m sick of this scamming company taking advantage when our nation should be setting a better exampl and 24 hours is not to much to ask since she did t even ask if she could look into why it didn’t work she assumed she was off the hook since the company out waited me on the exp date. This is wrong, the company should have at least looked into why it did t work, and called me back after I left a message and helped me before it was too late and to be all this rude person hung up on me when I asked where they were located so I could file a complaint with the BBB. Very lousy company!!
