This is a prepaid card for a gift, can’t activate online have to call the number. Told card was compromised and need to mail a new one requesting personal information. Called back told I needed to active through automated system, get “transferred” and hung up on. Called again told it’s activated but has fraudulent activity from 1/16/2022. This card was just purchased in 12/2022. Can’t speak to anyone who knows what is going on just provided with scripted information. Call center is in India. To register the card you have to do it online or on the automated system that doesn’t exist.
