Purchased a prepaid card from Kroger's. Used it one time, has a $250. Balance and I cannot use the card now

Have attempted several times to get information from the phone number on back of card. Finally referred to website, and it instructed to call # on back of card

They say my identity doesn't match what they have on file. I did not give any information when I purchased the card, so why am I being denied access to information on a prepared gift card

I bought a prepaid Vanilla Visa from our local Walmart. I put $400 that was given to me for christmas for my family from my Bishop. I went to Walmart and bought the Vanilla visa card. Last night 12/17/2023 I was having trouble using the funds. I would call the number they have on the back of the card and it would sometimes transfer me to I think the right Visa department. Other times It would be a totally different call. I would get hung up on. But I had problems purchasing from some places. Hence the reason trying to get ahold of Visa Vanilla to find out why I can't use the card at these locations. Today 12/18/2023 I tried to call again. This time I got a man with a indian accent. I gave him the card number and everything and all the other numbers they normally ask. He said One balance was pending because their is no funds. I checked my balance again and It was $1.46 The visa number is being hacked into and getting forwarded to a scammer place. I called Vanilla Visa again and they told me they can't do anything about it because the money is on hold. What my issue is Vanilla Visa is being hacked. The calls are being forwarded to another outfit and they are posing as Vanilla customer service and taking peoples money. I'm not the only one this is happening to. I looked it up online and other people are having the same issue.

I didn’t talk to this person the scammed my prepaid Visa card after I put $200 on it
