Was contacted by cash express timeshare of Newton,IL phone #866-740-5840 was told there was a buyer for a timeshare we no longer used. They had us set up an escrow account with escrow secure services of Jaksonville FL. They then wanted us to send 1700 dollars to a bank account in NJ, to a bank at TD bank in the name of Pedro Bonifacio, with routing # 031201360 and acct.# 4376705261. The escrow co. does not exist according to BBB.

Received a call from Mr. Gary Ortiz stating that his company had an offer made for my timeshare. They emailed a contract with the names of interested individuals stating that a down payment had already been made and also forwarded an email from an escrow company asking me to set up an account so they could transfer the money to me. It was going to cost me $2,200.00 for all of the closing documents and transfer of title. Noticed several grammatical errors and spelling errors on the email so I tried to research company with BBB, California Attorney General and even the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce. There was no information on the internet about them and no Business License for them. I asked them for this information and they wouldn't provide it so I dug deeper. Found the pictures of their "team" to be completely fictitious using Google image search.
