On 1/26/2021 I received and E-Mail from a company known as Premium Technical Service Provider LLC that they were charging my account for $319.99 for technical support contract. I have never order any such contract nor would I ever order any such services they asked to call 303-800-4109 I called from my attorney office and I realized that this is a scam. I never have initiated nor have I ever given anyone my account number for such a service.. The party indicated that they would send a bullet to my computer and fry it if I did not pay them. They even threatened to have someone come to my home and hurt us. I cannot believe what is happening this is America. This company is committing fraud they indicated that under the ScamPulse.com Act that I have 24 hrs to cancel otherwise they would charge my account yet I asked them what account they had and he just stated well I would find out. Wow I am going to notify my bank and also the police concerning this issue. In the Email they actually mentioned the ScamPulse.com Act
