Contacted that malware had affected my computer. Several steps later, after surrendering my computer control, malware allegedly was removed and the charges for the service was due to make it permanent. Charges were $399.99 one time and $4.99 a month to clean anything occurring thereafter. I received notification that the Firewalls from the Internet to my computer were breached by "Russian Hackers" and I needed to submit to a sweep of my computer and home network again. This was done and "Russian Hackers" identified as breaching all firewalls. Solution was to buy $400.00 worth of Walmart Cash Cards and give them the numbers from the back of the cards at the above e-mail address. I would receive a refund of the original $400.00 once I complied with the request. It was suggested I get back to them soon (I told them it would take an hour) and the sweep would occur to make up for the original sweep not working. I have not replied to phone calls from them since. I have been very ill. The telephone number is from Groveland California.
