I made an on- line purchase from coolplayelectronics on March 9, 2021. It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received my order. I emailed them and they said my order was on its way. This was about a month later. They responded to me by saying they were short on help and that they had hired more help and not to worry that I'd get my order. Well time went by and still no package. I emailed them again and the second time they didn't respond. I can't help but think that this is a scam. Thank God that it was just for $22.93. It could have been a lot. I just wanted to let others know that this is not a good website. Even if they are legit I won't ever order from them again. They are unreliable.
