Dennis Weinstein (of course should be a fake name) appears to be selling puppies. Sends you photos of puppy and asks you to pay using Zelle. He argues that dogs are vaccinated among other things. Then you pay and he sends you to a transportation agency that wants you to send them $1500 and that 98% of this will be reimbursed after the puppy arrives. The website is ''https://eliteultrapetdelivery.com/". When you complain he acts as if it is normal and tells you that others have done it without issues. He argues that he has worked with them for almost 10 years without issues. Then he tells you that he will use a different career: "https://transport-intercontinentalcargo.com/about-us/". and asks you for an additional $250 also via Zelle.

after this he tells you that all is ok and transport-intercontinentalcargo sends you an email telling you that puppy is on his way and that will stop in Wisconsin. After a couple of hours they write you telling you that the puppy needs vaccines and asks you for $500 dollars to send to the seller. When you say you will not pay, they simply disappear.
