Paid them twice second time said to send to a different Venmo I had already sent it so then the shipping company they so say hired to deliver my stuff asked for a 577 dollar insurance policy or they would sue me I then realized I had been scammed out of 1000 dollars

Tried to buy a marlin lever action they insisted on Zellweger I had already gave a card number.When is smelled bad Idid more looking that I should have done first and called to insure charge had not gone through and canceled the card hassle to be sure but they got nothing I lost time and have to get new card.This scam is dealing in weapons and should be on federal radar.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I had ordered a sig on their website, Premium gun deals and price was reasonable. I sent payment via Zelle to an email address that they gave me. After that email registered with Zelle, my payment went through. Then the next morning, 02:15 Ramue Juarez sent me a text saying their financial dept cannot accept and I would have to send to another email. After several conversations with Ramue, broken english, I should of realize the scam. Since have sent several emails and text to have the receiving email transfer money to him but I realize that will not happen. Stupid me!...I have made copys of all my emails and text and am sending to the FBI and Federal trade commission to get their info off the web sites.
Names used by them are Jacob (Ramue Juarez) Luke Morgan and Anthony Jackson. BEWARE of this website...

Don’t fall for it! I’ve been looking for an SKS rifle for quite a while and I stumbled upon their webpage. At first glance it looks legit but now I know better. They asked me to pay through PayPal which I have used many times before and after a day or two my money was refunded. I tried to find out why so I asked Premium Gun Shop what happened. They said that sometimes they have foul ups on PayPal and ask if I could pay by Venmo. Well I guess I’m one of the stupid ones. I paid through Venmo received some emails stating the tracking and so forth would be offered soon. A day or two later I received an email with tracking information. I looked at the tracking I initially felt relieved because I was worried that I was duped. The so-called freight company that they supposedly used seemed odd. The status of the shipment only said Pending. After multiple emails to them they responded that they needed to have my drivers license number and Social Security number because there was an issue with the shipment. As their website stated that they guarantee everything 100% and would refund the money if there was any issues. So I have been demanding that they refund my money and of course they said no problem just send me your drivers license and social security number. I responded there is no way in hell that I will ever give you that. I guess I’m just out of the money that I sent them. I hope this helps somebody else not make the same mistake that I did. This company is a number one fraud and a complete scam. Do not fall for it. Below was what they said would be sent to me. BIG TIME SCAM!

I was about to place an order with this company. But I always pay with PayPal. It directed me to some woman, then when was approved, forward the receipt and info back to them. I knew this was a total scam. I tried to copy the receipt/bill due. It would not copy. It was encripted. I read on a post later the FBI was after their [censored].

luckily, their business practice seems odd with doing it on zelle. (Zelle and venmo and other method, once the transaction goes through, there is no coming back). So i research on the subject and Zelle is one of many prohibited transaction it was listed.

This website should pop up with google search first thing with their name, so no one else can be scammed...

Luckily this never worked, otherwise I would have been short on $680. I wished I went here sooner, or In wouldn't have wasted my time, which I couldn't get back. I should have known how dank it was to ONLY send money through Zelle and not somewhere accredited and safe. What also sent off some red flags was the email, no location on their site, how that phony receipt was made, and how I written the FFL down in the notes and he was asking me who the FFL was. These sharks will stop at nothing to exploit you during a pandemic. Be VERY cautious of where you shop! Same goes for Premiumgunshop.org.

Ordered a rifle from premium gun shop.com, they insisted on using zelle to protect my bank account information. Apparently zelle doesn’t offer redress for fraud. Out $790, filing police report today. After they received payment, they quit replying to my emails. No listed number or address once I started trying to track them down.

I purchased a rifle from these people like a fool, after sending them payment by paypal, never heard from them on how to do shipping, realized it was a Scam. Reported it to credit card company who is following up with prosecution, Also reported them to FBI, BBB, And internet fraud, there day is coming, they will be indicted and charged.

I ordered a shotgun from this company and they told me that they could not take a credit card because their finance department was down because of the pandemic. They could only take payment from bit coin or zelle. I foolishly believed that I would get my item and as soon as I sent the money I never heard from them again. I notified my bank and they are looking into it but I was told that I am probably not going to get my money back. Don't make the same mistake I did and trust these crooks.

I placed an order (for two semi-automated weapons) on this web site and they completed the purchase before i even got a chance to pay or discussing the legality of FFL delivery options. They requested payment via Zelle.com. I called the number on their website and someone with very broken english answered (lots of call center back ground noise) but could not understand a word he said. This it undoubtfully a scam site and I am surprised that no one reported it yet. I checked ScamPulse.com and web URL check for legitimacy.
