On August 6th, 2018 I called PREMIUM GARAGE DOORS to come and fix my broken garage. He came that day to pick up a check for $*** deposit to start on the job and told me that he would back Wednesday, August 8th at 9:00am to fix my garage. I wait for them, and they never showed up. I called the company to find out why they had not shown up, and the customer service rep tells me that she's sorry but it was due to an ''OVERBOOKING.'' She then rebooks them to come back at 12:00 noon the same day, August 8th. I leave work, leave my meeting that I currently was in the middle of, to drive home to meet them. I wait for them for An HOUR. Again, NO SHOW. As you can imagine, I was extremely upset, as my time was wasted. I called the customer service rep again, and she tells me that unfortunately they can no longer do the job, after not only wasting my time, but also after having already taken my $*** deposit. She tells me that she would be returning my check. Well, I check my bank account on August 9th, 2018, and Premium Garage Doors has already cashed the check. I have called FOUR (4) times requesting to speak to the manager, and to this day, I have yet to receive a call back from the manager letting me know why 1) the check was deposited, and 2) when I will be receiving my money back. This has been by far, the WORST experience I have dealt with and the shadiest business I have ever experienced. My wife has also called on my behalf, and spoken to the customer service rep a couple of times and both times, she also has received the runaround. The first time she called, she was told that the check was issued and sent back to them (we never received the check in the mail) The customer service rep then told my wife that the manager was going to call her back the following day, yet she still has not heard back from the manager. She then called Premium Garage company again on August 23rd, and was told by the customer service rep that ''the funds were being transferred this morning.'' Again, we checked our bank account, and of course, the funds were still not there. Clearly you can see the pattern of games and lies that this company has played with us. I even threatened them and told them that if I don't receive my money back by 5:00PM end of business day today, Monday Aug 27th, we were going to pursue legal action. They still have not responded. They have SCAMMED US OF $*** and refuse to return it.
