I applied for a loan online and then I received a phone call from (Premium Financial Group) about a loan I was approved for in the amount of $7000.00 but we needed to make a security payment of $630.00 which would be the first 3 payments on the loan. I was naive enough to believe them and sent them the money because I was desperate for the money for to use as move in cost for a brand new house for me and kids.They said the money needed to be wired through Western Union to my lender and the name of my lender was Jason Moore in Ontario, Canada because he was the lender that was giving us the money. I thought it didn't sound legit but then again I they sent me a contract which I thought was legit and sent the money anyway. They received our money transfer and said they would be depositing the fund into our bank account by 12 noon on 8/6/2019. The money was not there at 12noon so we called them and Amanda Bell answered the phone, she is the person we had been speaking with through the whole process, she told me that they were be-hide and we were next in-line to receive the funds and it would be about another hour. That hour came and still no money received, we called back and now the story was that they reran my credit and now are requesting another $630.00 payment to secure the loan. I figured because I don’t have the best credit it made sense and sent the money needed to secure my loan. I was then told I needed to pay insurance and taxes on the loan which totaled out to 1250. I started questioning them and she stated that they are cutting my cost by paying half and that I would get the money back because they were gonna give me an additional 2000 grant on top of my loan for what I paid out of pocket already being desperate I paid it. Needless to say after they received the final payment I have no loan deposited in my account. The phone lines to the office do not work minus one extension and most of the contact has been through email up until today. I just don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. Now I’m out of a home for being naive and stupid.

They pose as a loan company and ask for money up front. the more I looked into their website they lie and use info from other loan companies and creators or owners from other companies. They make you wire money to different people and make excuses asking for more money. they don't answer phones and almost never pickup or hang up on you on purpose. They won't refund or say call customer service yet there is no customer service. All staff rude and hang up.

This company stated that a private lender would allow me a $5000 loan with me making a collateral payment and then I was told I had to make an insurance payment totaling over $1500
