Saw an add for duct cleaning on Facebook. This is something I’ve been looking at getting done. I scheduled an appointment with Premium Duct Care through messenger. Then I got an email from a different person to verify. A few days later something came up that I would need to reschedule my appointment. They claimed they could not do it any other day as they were booked. After I didn’t reply that night because I didn’t check my emails. I got an email in the morning saying “can you reply me”. I thought this was odd. I asked the the girl I was talking to on messenger and the girl I was talking to through email for licensing information. The girl from the email never answered. The girl from messenger said she wasn’t the authorized person and That her technician would provide that information when I let them enter my home. After I told her no, cancel my appointment, I will not be paying a cancellation fee and will be reporting she did not answer back. I then got a text from them asking if I was interested. I told them the same thing and have not gotten a response. The girl in messengers name is Nancy Paulk and the email girls name is Helen Davis.
