On Thursday, June 9, 2022, late morning between 11 and 12 noon, I received a call from Jason at Premium Data Services. He spoke very fast and wasn't giving me a chance to get in a word edgewise. He had told me they were 3 months backed up on checkups and confirmed we had A-grade coverage. He had me double-check the model number of our printer but seemed to know it was a Toshiba ready. He then told me to expect a package of toner by courier within a week or week and a half and asked for my full name. He told me someone named either Daniel or John would check in with us closer to delivery time. Yesterday, Thursday, June 16, 2022, around 330pm while I was on my break, someone called and wanted to speak with me specifically and asked when I would be back. He called back around 4 pm and it was Jason again saying he was from Premium Data Services. He said something about my delivery of toner and I cut him off and said I can transfer him to the person in charge of our printer. He seemed confused as he thought that was me. He also told me he's just in the shipping department. I gave him Person He should contact name and he said he would call back and speak with her. Both times the call display had said "anonymous caller". I was only given the first names of contacts.

FOLLOW UP - This person is attempting to send toner that is not a part of the people that we deal with. We are covered under a contract and as such do not pay for these services or work with those outside of our contracts. This is the second time we are being targeted for this type of scam with previous scam in early 2021.
